After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, memory impairment, parkinson's disease , vision blurred. Prilosec dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FORUSOMIDE, PHOSOMAX, MACODENTIN, ASPIRIN, QUINAPRIL. Patient recovered.
