Promethazine side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Feb 29, 2008. Female patient, 22 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis of nausea and vomiting and was treated with Promethazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: akathisia, anaemia, anxiety , blood thyroid stimulating hormone decreased, dehydration, depression , dizziness , dyspnoea. Promethazine dosage: 25 MG;QD;PO. During the same period patient was treated with RANITIDINE, PROCHLORPERAZINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , feeling abnormal, hypoglycaemia, overdose. Promethazine dosage: 100MG PO ONCE. During the same period patient was treated with ROSIGLITAZONE, GLYBURIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
