After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, loss of consciousness, somnolence. Promethazine dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

Promethazine dosage: 12.5 MG ONE TIME DOSE IV BOLUS. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
