Proscar Side Effects Report #5325307-5
Proscar side effect was reported by a Physician from AUSTRALIA on May 04, 2007. Male patient, 66 years of age, weighting 185.2 lb, was diagnosed with prostate examination abnormal, prostate cancer  and was treated with Proscar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthma , dyspnoea, influenza like illness, pyrexia, urticaria. Proscar dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PLENDIL, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 86 years of age, was diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia, arrhythmia prophylaxis, thrombosis prophylaxis, insomnia, psychotic disorder  and was treated with Proscar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood culture positive, blood pressure systolic increased, cerebral atrophy, cerebral ventricle dilatation, dehydration, extrapyramidal disorder, pyrexia, staphylococcal infection . Proscar dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMIODARONE, TIANEPTINE, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE, ZOPICLONE, CYAMEMAZINE, PRAVASTATIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
