Female patient, 47 years of age, weighting 156.0 lb, was diagnosed with somnolence, affective disorder, depression  and was treated with Provigil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal discomfort, blister, cellulitis , dehydration, dermatitis exfoliative, diarrhoea, electrolyte imbalance, erysipelas, excoriation. Provigil dosage: 200 MG QAM ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAKOTE, CYMBALTA, LITHIUM, XANAX, VICODIN, STRATTERA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
