Pyridium side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on June 29, 2006. Female patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection What is  urinary tract infection and was treated with Pyridium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anisocytosis, blood pressure decreased, constipation What is  constipation, cyanosis, dizziness What is  dizziness, dyspnoea exertional, eosinophilia, epigastric discomfort, fatigue. Pyridium dosage: 100 MG TID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with RANITIDINE, ALPRAZOLAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 57 years of age, weighting 125.0 lb, was diagnosed with bladder spasm and was treated with Pyridium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, chest discomfort, dizziness What is  dizziness, dyspnoea, nausea What is  nausea. Pyridium dosage: 200 MG, SINGLE; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PREMARIN, LEVBID, PROPYLTHIOURACIL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, PRELIEF. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
