During the same period patient was treated with XALATAN EYE GTTS, LASIX, LANOXIN, VASOTEC, CARDIZEM, PREVACID, MYSOLINE, PRESERVISION AREDS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/11/2006.
