Ranolazine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Mar 31, 2008. Female patient, 83 years of age, weighting 161.2 lb, was treated with Ranolazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: contusion, dizziness , fall , head injury, myocardial ischaemia, tremor. Ranolazine dosage: 500 MG BID PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
