Male patient, weighting 227.7 lb, was diagnosed with rectal cancer metastatic and was treated with Rapamycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, dyspnoea, oxygen saturation decreased. Rapamycin dosage: 16MG ONCE A WEEK PO. During the same period patient was treated with KETOCONAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
