Razadyne dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RAZADYNE ER, TYLOX, DIPYRIDAMOL, RANITIDINE, SIMVASTATIN, ASA BABY, EYE CAPS, DOCUSATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
