Refludan Side Effects Report #5629510-6
Refludan side effect was reported by a Health Professional from HUNGARY on Feb 05, 2008. Female patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with heparin-induced thrombocytopenia, pulmonary embolism , haemorrhage and was treated with Refludan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, haemorrhage, respiratory failure. Refludan dosage: TOTAL DAILY DOSE: 108 MG. During the same period patient was treated with LOW WEIGHT HEPARIN, DIURETICS, FRESH FROZEN PLASMA, BLOOD TRANSFUSION. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
