Rheumatrex and multi-organ failure Patient Reports March 15, 2010

Rheumatrex Side Effects Report #5726734-4
Rheumatrex side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Apr 23, 2008. Female patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Rheumatrex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , cardiovascular disorder, fracture , incorrect dose administered, multi-organ failure, pancytopenia, pyrexia, renal impairment, vomiting. Rheumatrex dosage: 6MG WEEKLY PRESCRIBED BUT PT. NON-COMPLIANT, TOOK VARING DOSES. During the same period patient was treated with AMLODIPINE, RIMATIL, ACECOL, ACINON, DIOVAN, OSTELUC, CRESTOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/21/2008.

Rheumatrex side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Apr 24, 2007. Female patient, weighting 94.80 lb, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Rheumatrex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: choking , condition aggravated, disseminated intravascular coagulation, haemorrhage subcutaneous, listless, melaena, mental status changes, multi-organ failure, myelodysplastic syndrome. Rheumatrex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYTOTEC, ARTANE, PREDNISOLONE, RISPERDAL, LIVALO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/04/2007.
