Male patient, 39 years of age, weighting 180.0 lb, was diagnosed with tuberculosis skin test positive and was treated with Rifampin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: myalgia. Rifampin dosage: 300MG ONCE DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
