Rifater side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Feb 13, 2004. Male patient, 45 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis, epilepsy  and was treated with Rifater. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, balance disorder, gait disturbance, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, metabolic disorder , nervous system disorder, pulmonary tuberculosis. Rifater dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIFINAH, PHENOBARBITAL, DEPAKENE, MYAMBUTOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Rifater dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIFAMPIN AND ISONIAZID, PHENOBARBITAL, DEPAKENE, MYAMBUTOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
