Female patient, 87 years of age, was diagnosed with diabetes mellitus and was treated with Risidon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , depressed level of consciousness, lactic acidosis, renal failure acute, vomiting. Risidon dosage: 3000,0 MG (1000 MG, 3 IN 1 D) ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PERINDOPRIL ERBUMINE, SIMVASTATIN, ASPIRIN, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
