Female patient, 17 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with acne pustular and was treated with Roaccutan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acne , acute psychosis, anxiety , confusional state, depression , eczema asteatotic, personality disorder , schizoaffective disorder, sleep disorder . Roaccutan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIANE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
