Rocaltrol side effect was reported by a Physician from GERMANY on Aug 15, 2006. Female patient, 46 years of age, was diagnosed with hypoparathyroidism and was treated with Rocaltrol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood phosphorus increased, blood thyroid stimulating hormone increased, cataract , hyperparathyroidism, hyperthyroidism, hypocalcaemia, keratoconjunctivitis sicca, lenticular opacities, mydriasis. Rocaltrol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VITAMIN D. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anisometropia, astigmatism, blood phosphorus increased, cataract , hypertension, hypoparathyroidism, keratoconjunctivitis sicca, lenticular opacities, myopia. Rocaltrol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VITAMIN D. Patient recovered.
