Ropivacaine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Jan 19, 2007. Male patient, 61 years of age, weighting 130.1 lb, was diagnosed with epidural anaesthesia, induction of anaesthesia, maintenance of anaesthesia and was treated with Ropivacaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatine phosphokinase increased, hyperthermia malignant, musculoskeletal stiffness, myoglobin blood increased. Ropivacaine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with THIOPENTAL, FENTANYL CITRATE, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, OXYGEN, SEVOFLURANE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Ropivacaine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SEVOFLURANE, THIOPENTAL, FENTANYL CITRATE, VECURONIUM BROMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
