After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchospasm, dyspnoea, wheezing. Salbutamol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IPRATROPIUM BROMIDE, LORAZEPAM, MESCOLOR, FAMOTIDINE, AMLODIPINE, ALPRAZOLAM, LOMOTIL. Patient died on 09/09/2007.
