Female patient, 71 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and was treated with Salmeterol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall , femoral neck fracture. Salmeterol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TIOTROPIUM, PREDNISOLONE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
