Sebivo and acute respiratory failure Patient Reports February 09, 2010

Sebivo Side Effects Report #5923573-6
Sebivo side effect was reported by a Physician from CHINA on Oct 14, 2008. Male patient, 26 years of age, was diagnosed with hepatitis b  and was treated with Sebivo. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, alanine aminotransferase increased, anorexia, anuria, arrhythmia , aspartate aminotransferase increased, asthma , blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase mb increased. Sebivo dosage: 600 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with ENTECAVIR, CROCI STIGMA, DIURETICS. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, anuria, blood pressure decreased, cardiac failure, chest x-ray abnormal, coagulopathy, coma, confusional state, cough. Sebivo dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/10/2008.
