Female patient, 55 years of age, weighting 273.4 lb, was diagnosed with dysthymic disorder, skin ulcer, essential hypertension, fibromyalgia, musculoskeletal pain and was treated with Seropram. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain
, depressed level of consciousness, gastric ulcer perforation, hyperkalaemia, hypotension, infected skin ulcer, inflammation, peritonitis, pneumoperitoneum. Seropram dosage: unknown.
