Sertraline side effect was reported by a Physician from THAILAND on Aug 23, 2006. Male patient, 22 years of age, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder  and was treated with Sertraline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, rhabdomyolysis, serotonin syndrome, treatment noncompliance. Sertraline dosage: (50 MG), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with LITHIUM, PAROXETINE, FLUOXETINE, AMITRIPTYLINE, ATENOLOL, NORFLOXACIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
