After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, amnesia, derealisation, hallucination, obsessive thoughts, obsessive-compulsive disorder , pathological gambling, personality disorder . Sifrol dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
