Sintrom side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Aug 23, 2004. Male patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary embolism What is  pulmonary embolism, convulsion, oligodendroglioma, pain What is  pain, prophylaxis against gastrointestinal ulcer, thrombosis prophylaxis and was treated with Sintrom. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatocellular damage, international normalised ratio decreased. Sintrom dosage: 5 TO 6 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with TEGRETOL, TEMODAL, CELEBREX, NEXIUM, FRAXIPARINE, TRAMAL. Patient recovered.

Sintrom side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Nov 23, 2005. Female patient, 62 years of age, was treated with Sintrom. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, ammonia increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood albumin decreased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, cutaneous vasculitis, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatic encephalopathy. Sintrom dosage: 2 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with LOPRESSOR, PREVISCAN, CAPTOPRIL, LASILIX, DELURSAN, NPH INSULIN, LANTUS, ACTRAPID INSULIN NOVO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
