Female patient, 71 years of age, was diagnosed with acromegaly and was treated with Somatuline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bladder cancer , haematuria. Somatuline dosage: 120 MG (EVERY 4 WEEKS) SUBCUTANEOUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bladder transitional cell carcinoma stage ii, haematuria. Somatuline dosage: 120 MG EVERY 4 WEEKS INTRAMUSCULAR. During the same period patient was treated with ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
