Spectracef side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on May 18, 2005. Male patient, 82 years of age, weighting 224.9 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia What is  pneumonia and was treated with Spectracef. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, blood potassium increased, body temperature decreased, clostridium colitis, cyanosis, gastrointestinal disorder, hypotension, renal failure, respiratory arrest. Spectracef dosage: 400 MG , BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ALBUTEROL, CATAPRES, LIPITOR, SYNTHROID, DARVOCET, ADVAIR DISKUS, NAPROSYN. Patient died on 02/28/2005.
