Female patient, 52 years of age, weighting 145.0 lb, was diagnosed with onychomycosis and was treated with Sporanox. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood bilirubin increased, haemoglobin decreased, haemolysis, jaundice , liver function test abnormal. Sporanox dosage: 100MG 1X/DAY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
