Female patient, 58 years of age, weighting 167.6 lb, was diagnosed with migraine  and was treated with Stadol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , fatigue, palpitations. Stadol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CALAN, SYNTHROID. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with AMITRIPTYLINE, PROPRANOLOL HYDROCHLORIDE, FIORINAL, VICODIN, OXYCODONE. Patient recovered.
