Female patient, 52 years of age, weighting 189.6 lb, was diagnosed with pain  and was treated with Stadol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: insomnia, muscular weakness, rash . Stadol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PHENERGAN, FUROSEMIDE, THIORIDAZINE, ASPIRIN, EFFEXOR, ATENOLOL, GLIPIZIDE, KEPPRA. Patient recovered.
