After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, depressed level of consciousness, hallucination, sedation, somnolence, unresponsive to verbal stimuli. Stalevo dosage: 150 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with OXYBUTYNIN, LEXAPRO, ARICEPT, ZYPREXA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
