Starform side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from BRAZIL on Nov 03, 2008. Male patient, 80 years of age, was treated with Starform. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, coma, multi-organ failure. Starform dosage: 120/500 MG. Patient died on 11/01/2007.
