Male patient, 78 years of age, was diagnosed with interstitial lung disease, henoch-schonlein purpura and was treated with Steroids. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , ileus, productive cough, pulmonary tuberculosis, pyrexia. Steroids dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISOLONE, CYCLOSPORINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood beta-d-glucan increased, chest x-ray abnormal, cough, epstein-barr virus infection, lymphoproliferative disorder, pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia, pyrexia, respiratory failure, serum sickness. Steroids dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOSPORINE, PLATELETS. Patient died on 08/28/2004.
