Sulfadiazine side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Feb 04, 2009. Female patient, 40 years of age, was treated with Sulfadiazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacterial infection , encephalitis , herpes virus infection, histiocytosis haematophagic, pancytopenia, pneumonitis, rhabdomyolysis, staphylococcal infection . Sulfadiazine dosage: unknown. Patient died.
