and was treated with Sulfadiazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, crystal urine present, musculoskeletal chest pain, nausea
. Sulfadiazine dosage: 1000 MG QID PO. During the same period patient was treated with TRUVADA, PYRIMETHAMINE, FOLINIC ACID, VICODIN, GUIAFENESIN, SEPTRA DS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
