Sulindac side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 05, 2005. Male patient, weighting 83.56 lb, was diagnosed with desmoid tumour and was treated with Sulindac. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, bilirubin conjugated increased, blood bilirubin increased, encephalopathy, hepatic failure, laboratory test abnormal, prothrombin time prolonged. Sulindac dosage: 100MG PO BID. During the same period patient was treated with TEMOXIFEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
