Symmetrel Side Effects Report #5093199-8
Symmetrel side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on May 18, 2006. Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with cerebral infarction, gastritis, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and was treated with Symmetrel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood glucose increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, hepatic function abnormal, liver disorder. Symmetrel dosage: 150 MG/D. During the same period patient was treated with FAMOTIDINE, NORVASC, DIOVAN, BASSAMIN, BASEN, NOVOLIN N. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
