Male patient, 79 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with pollakiuria, duodenal ulcer, hypertension, asthma  and was treated with Tamsulosin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, orthostatic hypotension. Tamsulosin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NIFEDIPINE, LISINOPRIL, CARBOCISTEINE, COMBIVENT, LANSOPRAZOLE, PARACETAMOL, SERETIDE. Patient recovered.
