Targretin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on July 09, 2008. Female patient, weighting 130.0 lb, was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer stage iv and was treated with Targretin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, confusional state, headache , infection , lobar pneumonia, nausea , neck pain, oropharyngeal pain, oxygen saturation decreased. Targretin dosage: 525MG ONCE DAILY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TAXOL, PARAPLATIN, OXYCODONE, OXYCONTIN, SYNTHROID, FLEXERIL, LIPITOR, IBUPROFEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Targretin side effect was reported by a Physician from AUSTRIA on July 10, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with mycosis fungoides and was treated with Targretin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood cholesterol abnormal, blood triglycerides abnormal, dry skin, fatigue, haemoglobin abnormal, headache , infection , myalgia. Targretin dosage: 250-300 MG/M2. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood cholesterol abnormal, blood triglycerides abnormal, dry skin, fatigue, haemoglobin abnormal, headache , infection , myalgia. Targretin dosage: 250-300 MG/M2. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient died.
