Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 111.0 lb, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Tenofovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fanconi syndrome, renal failure acute. Tenofovir dosage: 300 MG DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
