Male patient, 81 years of age, weighting 235.0 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Tequin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: confusional state, dementia , hallucination, urinary tract infection . Tequin dosage: 200 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, CYNOCOBALAMIN, FELODIPINE, FUROSEMIDE, GABAPENTIN, NPH INSULIN, REGULAR INSULIN, LISINOPRIL. Patient recovered.
