Tessalon side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Mar 02, 2005. Female patient, 17 years of age, was treated with Tessalon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anoxia, anuria, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood ph decreased, blood sodium increased, brain oedema, coma. Tessalon dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GUAIFENESIN W, CYCLOBENZAPRINE. Patient died.
