After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, alanine aminotransferase increased, ammonia increased, anxiety , ascites, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood albumin decreased, blood amylase abnormal, blood bilirubin increased. Thioguanine dosage: 720 MG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
