Thioguanine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Apr 17, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Thioguanine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, congestive cardiomyopathy, febrile neutropenia, pulmonary oedema. Thioguanine dosage: 100 MG/M2/PER DAYU. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, DAUNORUBICIN, ETOPOSIDE, MITOXANTRONE. Patient died.
