Tiazac side effect was reported by a Physician from CANADA on Aug 17, 2007. Male patient, 49 years of age, weighting 216.1 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Tiazac. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, fatigue, myocardial ischaemia, oedema peripheral, orthopnoea. Tiazac dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACTOS, METFORMIN, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

During the same period patient was treated with RAMIPRIL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, VALIUM, PERCOCET, ASPIRIN, BACLOFEN. Patient recovered.
