Tigecycline side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Feb 23, 2006. Female patient, 37 years of age, weighting 130.1 lb, was diagnosed with wound infection and was treated with Tigecycline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: nausea . Tigecycline dosage: 50 MG IV Q 12 HOURS. During the same period patient was treated with CLARITHROMYCIN, AMIKACIN, LINEZOLID. Patient recovered.
