After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , ascites, blood lactic acid increased, colitis, dehydration, diarrhoea, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hypoxia, intestinal perforation. Tipranavir dosage: TPV1000 MG/RT400 MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with TENOFOVIR, LAMIVUDINE, DIDANOSINE, TRIMETHOPRIM. Patient was hospitalized.
