Male patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with coronary arterial stent insertion and was treated with Tirofiban. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, bronchial carcinoma, cardiomyopathy , chills, coronary artery disease , disseminated intravascular coagulation, epistaxis, haemoptysis. Tirofiban dosage: 0. 35 MG QD INTRAVENOUS (NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIED), (8.4 MG TOTAL INTRAVENOUS (NOT OTHERWISE SPECIFIE. During the same period patient was treated with TIROFIBAN HYDROCHLORIDE, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
