Tnkase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 07, 2008. Male patient, 69 years of age, weighting 172.0 lb, was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and was treated with Tnkase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, brain herniation, cerebral haemorrhage, coronary artery disease What is  coronary artery disease, lethargy, nausea What is  nausea, procedural complication, pupil fixed, unresponsive to stimuli. Tnkase dosage: 40 MG BOLUS IV BOLUS. Patient died on 05/24/2008.
