After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, anaemia, anorexia, ascites, blood albumin decreased, blood calcium decreased, blood culture positive, blood glucose increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased. Topotecan dosage: 1.5MGM2 CYCLIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/15/2004.
